Client Relationship Manager
| This position serves as a critical
link between PTG and its clients, and requires a minimum of 10 years
experience in trust operations and/or trust administration with a bank
or law firm
trust department.
Although the position requires the flexibility of
being able to handle a variety of tasks, the primary duties and responsibilities
include:
daily communications with clients for the purpose of completing the daily
processing
(including data entry) of all transactions for assigned client relationships;
coordinating securities trade settlement with brokers; daily balancing
of asset positions and cash management for each client; maintaining and
improving upon existing client relationships; developing, overseeing
and maintaining policies and procedures for each client relationship;
understanding
PTG’s core business, services, and technology; and performing various
other tasks as may be assigned by management.
Personal qualities should
include: strong organizational skills, correct oral and written language
skills, mature judgment, professional appearance,
initiative, adaptability, an extremely high level of attention to detail
and creative problem solving skills.

Administrative Assistant |
Full-time, temp-to-hire position for our Operations Team.
Flexibility and adaptability define the requirements for this position, which requires a detail-oriented person capable of working on a variety of different and challenging projects. The individual seeking this position should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, and be able to quickly adapt to other software programs and forms of technology. National Sales Director |
This position requires the considerable skills and experience necessary
to build, manage and carryout the sales objectives and initiatives for
a young, growing company. The individual we are seeking must have a working
knowledge of the personal trust and estate services side of banking,
and should have at least five (5) years experience in sales or new business
development in the trust and/or wealth management services field.
The
primary duties and responsibilities for this position include: expanding
the existing sales pipeline; cold calling; attending conferences; data
mining; making proposals; preparing weekly sales reports; understanding
PTG’s core business, services, and technology; and performing various
other tasks as assigned by management.
